Andrew Cohen is a spiritual teacher, author, cultural visionary and inspirational speaker. His work has been acclaimed by luminaries worldwide; from academics to philosophers to teachers of all faiths and none.
From 1991 to 2010 he was editor-in-chief of the award-winning EnlightenNext magazine, a widely cherished publication that explored the deepest existential questions of our time with some of the world’s most noted thought leaders.
Andrew has become known for his willingness to boldly cast aside the sacred cows of the spiritual world. His work grapples with demystifying the wealth of knowledge found in the great wisdom traditions, and with making enlightenment deeply relevant to a post-modern audience.
In his three decades of teaching and lecturing, he has developed a unique and powerful vision for a truly contemporary spirituality, combining evolutionary theory and integral developmental practice with the timeless wisdom of the perennial philosophy.
Departing radically from a traditional Eastern approach, Andrew’s pioneering dharma Evolutionary Enlightenment calls not for transcendence of the world, but for a deep and heroic responsibility for its evolution.

Vincent is a social entrepreneur, with a background in LX Design and multimedia. He was formerly a co-organizer of the Forum for the Evolution of Consciousness at Paris La Sorbonne.
After initially following a traditional spiritual path, he developed a passion for the evolution of consciousness through Andrew Cohen’s teaching of Evolutionary Enlightenment, and has been a student of Andrew for the past 12 years.
As a long-term practitioner, Vincent has extensive experience of guiding Intersubjective Dialogue in many different group settings. He is deeply inspired by the transformative power that this practice enables, and by its potential to manifest a new kind of collective being – a primordial unity that emerges in and through the diversity of the group, where each participant remains richly individuated yet fundamentally non-separate.

As a lawyer and a trainer in Employment Law in France, Annick is passionate about the working world, and especially about enabling people to work together, collaborating in ways that are both creative and caring.
When Annick met Andrew Cohen 13 years ago, she found a profound path of both inner liberation and outer transformation. She sees in the practice of Intersubjective Dialogue a precious chance – an opportunity to create new ways of interacting beyond the limited and predictable world of the ego, and to liberate, express and manifest all the potentials of life, both on an individual and collective level.

Rinaldo was born in the Netherlands where he trained as a chef and entrepreneur. Over the past 10 years he has owned and managed two restaurants in the city of Amsterdam.
Rinaldo first met Andrew Cohen in 2003, later reuniting with him, and the teachings of Evolutionary Enlightenment, in 2018. He has been both deeply inspired and personally transformed by the practice of Intersubjective Dialogue.
In Rinaldo’s words: “When one is exposed to this profoundly precious intersubjective, nondual, transpersonal, dynamic, creative and living field of consciousness, one starts to understand, feel and see life through different eyes. The promise and possibility for individual and collective transformation is as yet unheard of – and full of potential to transform the world and mankind.”

Josephine is a Master of Science (MSc) in Educational Science and Technology (1991). Since 2006 she has worked as a physical therapist, first in Germany, and currently in the Netherlands, where she lives.
She has been a committed practitioner of Andrew Cohen’s Evolutionary Enlightenment teaching since 2000, and a committed student since September 2020.
As an enthusiastic participant in weekly Intersubjective Dialogue groups, Josephine has become convinced of the immense and stunning potential of this practice. When all the participants are willing to let their separate egos vanish into the background, this potential is released as an overwhelmingly positive creativity, and as a higher intelligence that is guiding the interaction process within the group.
