Please arrive on the 4th January for the first and January 12th for the second.
The first retreat starts in the morning of the 5th January and ends January 12th Jan after Breakfast.
If you have booked both retreats, 12th Jan is a free day, without teachings.
The second retreat starts in the morning of January 13th and ends January 20th after Breakfast.
