Awake and Engaged: Conversations on Evolutionary Enlightenment
Over the past months, I have been moving through a time of deep reflection and mourning following the passing of my beloved teacher, Andrew Cohen. I’ve been a devoted student of Andrew for over 17 years — years that profoundly shaped my life and deepened my connection to his transformative teachings. His departure marked the end of an era and invited me into a profound encounter with the impermanence of all things — even the most luminous guiding lights.
After a three-month pause to honor his life and teachings, I now feel the quiet emergence of a new chapter. Slowly, carefully, I am beginning to explore how I might continue Andrew’s work — not by simply preserving the past, but by stepping forward with authenticity, humility, courage, and a willingness to make it my own.
In a time of rapid change and uncertainty, many of us feel a deeper calling — a pull toward living with greater clarity, purpose, and responsibility. Evolutionary Enlightenment offers a way to meet that call: not by stepping back from the world, but by stepping more fully into it, awake to the powerful movement of evolution itself.
I invite you to join me for a weekly gathering at Manifest Nirvana, created for those who want to explore these ideas more deeply. Together, we’ll reflect on the principles of Evolutionary Enlightenment, ask questions, share insights, and support each other in staying true to what matters most.
These sessions will be flexible and responsive to the needs of the group. Some weeks may focus more on open questions and dialogue, where I’ll respond directly to your inquiries about Evolutionary Enlightenment. Other times, if there’s a sense that deeper exploration is needed, I’ll offer short teaching segments to help clarify key aspects of the path and practice. Whether through conversation or teaching, each session will be an opportunity to deepen your understanding and strengthen your commitment to conscious evolution.
When appropriate, we may also form breakout groups during the sessions, offering an opportunity to engage collectively with the teachings through the practice of Intersubjective Nonduality. This unique practice invites us to discover a shared space of awakened consciousness — a field where the boundaries between self and other dissolve, and a deeper, collective intelligence can emerge. Working together in this way not only deepens our personal insight but also strengthens our capacity to participate in the evolutionary unfolding as a conscious, creative force.
