Saturday Meditation with Andrew Cohen
Public meditations at Manifest Nirvana are lead by our resident teacher Andrew Cohen every Saturday.
Anyone can join Saturday Meditation with Andrew Cohen by signing our Visitor Book and becoming a Guest member.
It's completely free to come along, and if you haven't experienced Zoom meditation yet, we really encourage you to try it! You will be amazed by how powerful and deep these sessions can be.
Andrew will begin with a few minutes of introduction, followed by around an hour of sitting in silence. The sessions are conducted via Live Zoom video link – if you need step-by-step instructions, you can find help on our online group meditations page.
Please respect the quiet of the Meditation Hall when entering, and observe the following instruction:
- Be still.
- Relax.
- Pay attention.
- Have no relationship to the content of consciousness
Experience for yourself the depth and impact of regular group meditations with other students and adepts – your mind will be blown by how the non-locality of consciousness becomes so clear in the context of these live Zoom sessions.
Friends and Residents can meet in the Living Room after the sessions.
